We offer worldwide shipping!
When will my order be shipped?
We strive to package and ship orders as quickly as possible! Most orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours of being placed. If you order in the evening, it will be shipped the following business day. Please note, weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are packed by our small team of two in our Hamilton based warehouse. Delivery typically takes 3-9 days, depending on your location. If you’re in the Waikato, shipping can be as fast as 2-4 business days!
What shipping options do you offer?
Since we handle all orders ourselves, we do not offer expedited shipping. We always choose the fastest available shipping method to ensure your order arrives as soon as possible. Our default shipping ticket is an overnight ticket (NZ Post).
How much does shipping cost?
Our default standard shipping rate is $7.95 for all NZ locations.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed by 10 or more business days, we’ll give you a 10% discount. Just send us a message with your order number (#XXXXX) and we’ll assist you!
Where can I find tracking information?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Please note that tracking may take up to 48 business hours to update, so don’t worry if there’s no immediate update. If your tracking information hasn’t updated after 24 hours, please reach out to us at info@southernglow.co.nz, and we’ll help resolve it!
